The company was founded by Ing. Vladimir Kundrát in 1990 under the name Ing. Vladimir Kundrát VEKAS, in order to operate in the region and to produce high quality parts based on customer specifications (drawing). The production began in small rented premises. In 2002, after a reconstruction, the company has moved to its existing premises with a total area of 500 square meters. Name of the company was changed to Ing. Vladimir Kundrát VEKASTOOL.

In December 2003, the company successfully passed the audit by certification company SGS Slovakia and obtained the certificate ISO 9001:2000 .

In 2004 was built new additions – grindery hall, which contributed to a significant improvement of the working environment.

In 2007, the company changed the name and the form to Vekastool Ltd.

Last recertification audit of ISO 9001:2015, which took place in November 2021, we have successfully managed.

Currently there is a continuing process of partial innovation of building and machinery equipment.
